“Serny island” investment project

 There’s a land plot in area 11 334 sq. m. offered for sale and another land plot in area 19 169 sq. m. is offered for 49 years rent. 

Location description: The island is located in Vasileostrovsky district to the north of the city 2nd largest island – Dekabristov island (ex. Goloday island) and to the south of Petrovsky island (Petrogradsky district) off the left bank of the Malaya Neva river downstream of the Tuchkov bridge. It is connected with the Dekabristov island by the Serny bridge. After the Bentancourt bridge and a new small bridge to the Serny island as well as the Makarov embankment extension were built Serny island has become a new and much more attractive object. Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus project in St. Petersburg


Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus (HMMR) – is the 6th overseas plant of the company and the 1st manufacturing plant in Russia. The volume of investment for construction and further development makes up more than USD 600 billion. Among foreign car-manufacturers in Russia HMMR – is the unique plant, which includes complete manufacturing cycle. The technological process includes stamping of body panels, welding, body coloring and car-assembling.

The history of HMM in St. Petersburg has started on September 14, 2007 when the Agreement on arrangement of industrial assembling on the territory of Russia was sighed. On October 21, 2010 the Ceremony of the plant’s opening took place.

In 2012 the HMMR’s output had reached 200 000 cars per year. HMMR has three industrial changes; the plant’s staff numerates more than 2200. HMMR is equipped with modern high-technological facilities, guaranteeing top level of automation of manufacturing. The plant possesses high level of localization due to available enterprises – suppliers of auto parts, located in the North-West region.

Using ultramodern technologies, based on its own researches, Hyundai Motor Company is constantly developing and perfecting the car options and models. St. Petersburg’s plant produces new model – Hyundai Solaris, developed on the demands of the Russia buyers, taking into consideration the particularities of Russian roads and climate.

Baltic Pearl Project in Saint Petersburg



Unlike diamond, pearl does not need a frame,

Altogether have started growing the pearl in the shucks of Saint Petersburg city.


“Baltic Pearl” – the investment project on development of new residential area in Krasnoselsky district of Saint Petersburg city on the South-West coast of the Finland Gulf, in the unique place, surrounded by historical palaces and picturesque parks.

The multifunctional complex is developing on the territory of 205 ha and targeted for more then 35 000 residents. The total area of development is 1 760 000 sq.m.: more than 1 million sq.m. – for middle and business class residential development and 600 000 sq.m. – for commercial real estate (business centers, department stores, shopping-malls, conference hall, hotels, restaurants, fitness centers). The significant part of the area is occupied by the objects of social infrastructure – schools, kinder gardens, hospital, parks, green zones. The total volume of investment 5 billion USD. The period of construction 2005-2016.

For today “Baltic Pearl” is one of the largest projects with Chinese investment in St. Petersburg. JSC “Baltic Pearl” – the developer of the project – is the daughter-company of Shanghai Foreign Joint Investment Company, established by five largest Shanghai companies. Leading world and Russian construction and design companies are involved in development of the project: ARUP&OMA, HOK, SWECO, STUDIO 44, Shanghai Construction Company, St. Petersburg’s architectural, scientific and construction companies.
